More Afro Lady Junk

Here's some more concept doodles done for the Uni project that's due in next week. I will also be posting the storyboards here soon. If you haven't seen the previous post, make sure you read that first. Trying to scan A3 pages into a A4 scanner is not much fun. Please click on them if they appaer teeny tiny.

Firstly, here's a robot that Rocky Bill unleashes on Afro Lady at the end of the 1st episode (of which for this project I have only Scripted and storyboarded just over half of, as we didn't need to show a whole episode, just a chunk). I wouldn't like to be the person who would have to animate this, but they said we could be as ambitious as we want in this pitch, as we don't have to animate it now.
Now the henchmen. Originally I was going to have all these guys who look exactly alike who all move and act alike, then I realised that that has been done so many times before, so instead I opted to make all the henchmen completely random. The henchmen can range from the usual types to just about anything: Ninjas, Cowboys, Samurais, Clowns, monkeys, you name it. This would be very handy for coming up with great gags. Oh, and one particular idea for a henchmen bought up an idea for a scene that could be used just about anywhere in the series:
THE GRANNY OF DOOM. She does a freaky Bilbo Baggins like scary face and breathes fire. Yes, don't look at me like that.
Moving on, here's Afro Lady's car from when she is introduced in the first episode script. The car I've attempted to base it on is he 1969 'Stonewall' Cadillac. All my reference material came from this webpage. Unfortunately, within about 30 seconds of the film the car gets blown up.

Here's a rough idea that's been circulating in my head for another episode concept (most likely the second) in which Disco Death is introduced. The episode would features a video-game clique plot involving the Presidents Daughter "Penny" under threat from a penny Disco Death has dropped from the worlds tallest car park, and rather than just removing her from the spot she is skipping in down below, the cops send Afro Lady in to jump from the top of the building and catch up with the coin, grabbing it before it impacts. Yeah, stupid.

Finally, here's a size chart of the main characters I painted in the book. This was impossible to scan, so I had to take photos instead, so the quality isn't quite what I would like but you should get the gist of thier colour schemes from this.
