Doodle Vomiting III

I'm finally off from Uni, and while I still need to finish off The Howdooyoodoo and maybe get back into working on Rock Paper Scissors at some point, I have three months of no pressure. Lovely. This first week off has literally been a "do-sod-all" week, so I've mainly just been playing Dreamcast games (which included making this article at the Junkyard that got quite a bit of attention). Today I decided to do something I haven't done for a long while: draw for the sake of drawing and not for some project. I think they call it doodling. These were all done really fast, like, 10 minutes each fast.
First, an attempt to give the Afro Lady characters a bit more of an unique look, drifting away from looking eve remotely anime. Got rid of that nasty scribble shadow over her eyes by just making the afro cover her eyes completely.

This forum trend inspired me to doodle some Inspector Gadget stuff. Ignore the poor grammar.
This is a vague recollection of a comic one of my mates at school made that was six pages of this. Yes, I'm blaming someone else for this! This one's a remake of this old doodle from 2004. I changed the monster a little so he looks less like Trogdor. Why do I keep remaking things? My imagination is dead =(

Update on Howdooyoodoo

Well, I presented and gave it in to Uni yesterday, and it's more or less done...almost. All the (limited) animation is there, as are the backgrounds and the soundtrack worked out really well, all that's missing now is some of the colour on some scenes, along with a lot of background elements like moving crowds, cars and some bird poo (don't ask!), which I hope to sort out soon so I can finally upload it online. It ended up being severely rushed out of the door though, as I ended up with only a couple weeks to finish it off. The whole soft, fluffy chalk look I wanted was thrown out of the window for a more conventional penned characters with photoshop colours approach, but even then the editing has been rather frustrating..chroma keying is difficult to get right. here are some screencaps of the film so far (ignore the pixelated junk at the bottom, that's a VLC player glitch):
